{"id":119,"date":"2024-10-25T16:12:23","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T14:12:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rektorjens.content.tuwien.ac.at\/?p=119"},"modified":"2024-11-08T09:30:49","modified_gmt":"2024-11-08T08:30:49","slug":"tuw-future-fit-tag-187","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rektorjens.content.tuwien.ac.at\/?p=119","title":{"rendered":"TUW fuTUre fit &#8211; Tag 187"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Today\u2018s visit at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/messe_duesseldorf\/\">@messe_duesseldorf<\/a>&nbsp;\/ Glasstec 2024 showed super interesting developments at the intersect of the latest research and production in glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What is a very important: topics on circular economy including re-use, recover, recycling, repair, recover, remanufacture, repurpose, refurbish (R-strategies) are now in the center of the thinking in research &amp; innovation, for example at the Glasstechnology Live (GTL). Industry needs to speed up its efforts in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And it is very nice that the collaboration between&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tudarmstadt\/\">@tudarmstadt<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tudelft\/\">@tudelft<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tudresden\/\">@tudresden<\/a>&nbsp;is stronger than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is always very rewarding to see how our research results are now included in products, services and quality control systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you to my former team at the Glass Competence Center of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tudarmstadt\/\">@tudarmstadt<\/a>&nbsp;around&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/knaackulrich\/\">@knaackulrich<\/a>&nbsp;and for organizing the GTL and preparing so many great objects!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers on the latest glass research can also be found at<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/glassstructeng\/\">@glassstructeng<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1280\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 720 \/ 1280;\" width=\"720\" controls src=\"https:\/\/rektorjens.content.tuwien.ac.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/187.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today\u2018s visit at&nbsp;@messe_duesseldorf&nbsp;\/ Glasstec 2024 showed super interesting developments at the intersect of the latest research and production in glass.
